Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

We offer free UPS Ground shipping on 6+ Bottles .

If you select a shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

Once your order is fulfilled you will receive an email with your tracking information. By providing your phone number at checkout, you agree to receive text messages from us for the following purposes: Order Tracking Updates – We’ll send you SMS notifications with your tracking information so you can easily monitor your shipment. Order Communication – If we notice an issue with your order, such as an incorrect email address, we may contact you via SMS to quickly resolve the matter and ensure you receive important updates. Promotional Correspondence – From time to time, we may send you exclusive offers, promotions, or product announcements via SMS. We respect your privacy and will not share your phone number with third parties. You can opt out of promotional messages at any time by replying STOP. Standard message and data rates may apply.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

If a customer purchases more than 12 bottles of wine, their order will be shipped in multiple packages.

Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.

Orders are only shipped on Mondays and Thursdays.

Someone 21+ years of age must be at the delivery address to sign for the package.

Orders are fulfilled within 5 business days of the order being placed. Customers will be notified if this changes.

States we do not ship to include: Utah, Arkansas, Mississippi, Delaware, Maine, Rhode Island, and Kentucky.

If you wish to change your shipping service after you have placed your order, please reach out to our customer service team. Additional shipping charges may apply.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
